I utilize the Adobe CC products extensively to create customer program guides, sales and marketing materials, sales meeting guides and training materials.  I taught myself how to use the Adobe products in 2006 when I created the Master Gauge newsletter and website at Parrish Tire Company.

I have used Salesforce to manage my personal tasks and activities since 2012 when I changed from the Act database.  In 2021, I made the decision to convert our commercial sales team to the Freshsales CRM.  I set-up the platform, imported all of our customer and prospect lists, implemented to system and trained our entire sales team.

I have used various types of AS400 based platforms with different employers.

Purchased this program to create replicable training for commercial and strategic sales teams including Freshsales CRM Training Modules, BibTread Mobile Training and Maddenco Tutorials.

Certified as Integrity Selling Trainer for Snider Fleet Solutions.

Certified as Franklin Covey Instructor for Snider Fleet Solutions, focusing on the 7 Habits of highly Successful People as the core.

Completed Texas Real Estate License program in 2018.
